The mission of the World Young Chef Young Waiter Education Foundation is to empower and uplift disadvantaged young adults by providing education, training, and development opportunities in the hospitality industry. We aim to equip them with the skills and knowledge needed to pursue successful careers, fostering self-sufficiency, reducing reliance on social welfare programs, and promoting social inclusion.

The organisation’s approach aims to support those who may not have had access to such opportunities otherwise, nurturing the next generation of professionals in the industry.
